In most of the market AI is just a buzzword, or an academic paper, but in Aidoc it is the day to day, and is embedded into the products and physicians workflows in a seamless and effective way. The company has smart and nice people with a fun and egalitarian culture. The work is hybrid and flexible.

      Lots of layoffs with no real explanation No Structure (extra disorganized, no real alignment or goal) No Transparency (laying people off for essentially no reason) Low Pay (no standard of living raise) Lack of growth (especially in marketing/GTM) Heavy favoritism for a handful of people (always promoted over people who actually deserve it) Leadership is crumbling (no real accountability for the last few months of reorganization)
