Senior & Middle Management don't have any idea's other than to promote themselves and their agenda's. Management never asks for idea's from the staff and love to hire consultants and pay thru the nose. There are never any internal promotions and hence they lose the great employees and the knowledge base. Management is very foolish as the organization is ready to implode and no one cares or even acknowledges it except the worker bees. The financial area is in real disarray and there are no budgets --It is a free for all
