Pros

Great colleagues (until they were all made redundant), good salary, good work life balance (until it all went downhill)

Delusional, toxic management. It was a great company, until they burnt all their cash, and had to fire 50% of the workforce over 6 months and 3 rounds of redundancy. They took some huge bets that didn't come through, while continuing to hire at breakneck speed under the full knowledge that the runway was ending soon, with no revenue in sight. Of course no company enjoys downsizing (you will see this comment from HR on other glassdoor reviews) - but they ended up in this situation because of poor, blindly ambitious leadership.

Pros

Wonderful people, truly dedicated and believed in what they worked towards. Great work-life balance. Patient, sympathetic and understanding middle-management.

ELT, especially the CEO. Bombastic speeches at a million words a minute and after all of that you are left with 'what was even the point of all of that?' kind of feeling. Bad planning and a severe lack of foresight in a sector which is already very saturated and experiencing a lot of difficulty. Which ultimately leads to multiple layoffs over the span of 2 years, the latest one at the start of 2026. Continuous rumours of layoffs, quiet exits of some valued technical people led to low morale among the surviving few. Outside of a few remaining technical personnel, the company is effectively made of of salespeople trying to sell what is left and not succeeding because of a very small market to begin with.
