good work life balance with flexibility. managers are easily approachable. good work culture and projects so far, it goes up and down as per market. you would get chance to work directly with client and learning opportunities. provide training and certification budget. chance to work independently in project which will get recognized by leaders. all employees are very reachable if you want cross train yourself then internal system setup is easy with the help of basis team and such works are recognized highly. People are fun loving so on the floor talks and going out is always nice.

less onsite opportunities, India office is just for delivery or low cost project resourcing, so not much importance or budget is provided for hikes and any other perks. company does not give any perks/monitory benefits while completing good 5 years, which motivates you to stay longer here. in terms of hikes it is never discussed with employee, management decides with internal review and intimate to employee, afterwards if employee wants a review then it's not that easy to get, because they made up their minds already. quality of product(gifts, awards) which operation's team provide is low. no team parties budget on completion of any milestone(it happens only on onsite). If you ask to spend money on any recreational things then it's hard to get approved. Unnecessary formal dressing is pushed while there is no client visit in India or vice versa. Small pantry area.

- employee friendly but needs to work on promoting it - need to have a plan, from the higher management about what next, if an employee on the bench - need to retain good employees - employees working across teams should be considered and recognised as sometimes management is not aware of the work done and are disconnected between each other.
