Timely Salary and Health Insurance is OK

Job insecurity. Outdated Junk Management. No Long term planning and Not process oriented. HR is for namesake and no stand in the policies. Micromanagement by using prohance software. No trainings,certifications are provided from company side. Apprisal cycle is worst.Weird apprisal cycle. if we are not in project and if we ask for early release we have to pay buyout. when we opt BuOut we have to pay full month salary(not basic pay). Onsite allowances may come after 2 to 3 years that is also not gaurantee. No work from home. No ethics and principals to managment and HR. firing only for technical guys and not for management.They are very secure even though they are outdated. Due to lack of managment capilities ,stuff not even one project has not been/will go live successfull. 50% of the employees are fired during and after pandamic.
