The company acknowledges and allows workplace harassment to happen in the marketing team. One of their marketing leaders actively harasses Latam contractors (discrimination?), taking advantage of the impunity granted by C-level leaders who are incapable of doing anything. Even though people are leaving massively or looking for better jobs, they blame employees for poor results and hide their irresponsibility behind irrelevant and useless HR processes that serve no purpose at all.
