The only thing that kept me from resigning was my team, but it felt like AgileEngine was only the place that gathered us together, and nothing more.

My time at AgileEngine was disappointing. They lacked transparency and honesty with both their employees and the candidates they invited to projects. It felt like people from Latam and India were viewed as cheap labor. Contractors received virtually no benefits, and the constant turnover of HR representatives left me without proper support. The company's values were questionable, and their inclusion policies were practically non-existent. I observed instances of racism, including the CEO's involvement in blackface, with no action taken by HR to address such behavior.
