We are in the process of transforming from a services based to a product focused organization. This is not an overnight journey. We have made remarkable progress on this front. The current platform is being enhanced to offer more standardized products to our customers. We are also building a new platform from the ground-up to offer cloud-based, on-demand scalable solutions to our customers both in the US and internationally. We have made significant progress in expanding into international markets. The new platform will eventually expand into other industries as well. This transformation is not easy and will take time. We have very ambitious growth plans. Anyone working here will be part of a very enriching journey, will be challenged daily and will learn many skills that will stay with them throughout their career.
