I enjoyed working for Agfa it was a great environment .

As much as I enjoyed working there, it was a very large company which at times was not beneficial in communication.

Brand recognition Loyal long term employees once you get below executive and senior management There is amazing industry knowledge with it the loyal long term employees

Poor executive leadership Poor senior management Poor strategic leadership and focus At the executive and senior management levels lack of knowledge with respect to the industry Agfa is trying to serve Recent ( last 5-6 years) senior management lacks the expertise to drive success Serious cash flow challenges due to investments in markets and products outside of the core competencies of Agfa
