      Coworkers & kitchen were all some of the nicest people I ever met Free meal end of shift Easy to learn system

      Make you work 12 hour shifts with no break Try to steal your tips (family came in and left me a very generous tip on bill and told me about it, end of night manager tried to claim tip as hers) Bad management - racist, rude, demeaning, etc. I had overheard my manager and my managers manager talking and making racist “jokes” about a Black family that had came in for dinner. Me being Black, I told them immediately that that not an okay thing to say and that they were being racist. They ignored me for the rest of the night and my next shift I was taken in to the office and fired. Would not recommend.

      Pay well considering the surrounding market

      Self centered owner, loves AI for everything. Growing too fast, not caring enough to install systems that lead to success. Ok with being effective not efficient. Zero support, too many apps to do a single task, new restaurant openings are full of broken hand me down equipment(side effect of growing too fast) their maintenance team on multiple occasions they have been reported to management for weird behavior, One time they (maintenance worker) were sending unwanted texts to the host, and she made a complaint and nothing was done. Rude FOH management. They lack the ability to hold responsible parties accountable. You can work 65 hrs a week and they'll still act like you dont work enough
