Horrible Management that doesn't care about Employees - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Ag Processing: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Management does nothing to help the employees. They have a few select employees that they will cater to. Management are suppose to work 8.5 hrs a day but truthfully maybe 2 hours (that's being generous). Then if you need something, they say they are to busy. If you bring something up for change, they won't even consider it unless it makes their life better. Long story short, they need new management and once they do, the won't be losing so many employees. The currently hope for new employees, then within 2 months they end up leaving.
