Bad work culture, poor work life balance - Associate bei Affinity: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This has been an excellent company to work for. I loved working for them. My manager, Al, was one of the best managers I have ever worked for; I learned a lot from him. I did not feel like an underling but a real asset. I have never had a CEO call me to ask how I was doing and if I needed anything.

No real cons. They are a very good company.
