Great purpose-driven family company - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Aeries Software: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The changes to people and culture are great! They recently released the new core values for the company and it was clear that change had to happen for Aeries to continue to grow. I feel like we are gaining traction and moving in the right direction!

There are a few employees who are stuck in 1999 and are resisting the the changes.

When I worked here, it was one of the best jobs I had. Good comp, friendly collaborative culture and minimal politics. Brent Lloyd, the president, actually cares about the people.

A couple members of the former leadership team were a bit egotistical, lacked competence and were a drag on the otherwise great working environment. As I understand it though they're no longer working there.
