Rotating shift times so some shifts get a bad time table with two mornings and two night shifts. All shifts only gets week ends off once a month. Management is on commission so they get a bonus at the end of the year depending on targets. There is no incentives for regular employees. Some managers like to micro manage their staff because of this.
