-the other sales people are usually very enjoyable to work with
-kitchen has food
-fairly lax environment
-company parties were fun when they happened

- they mentioned that you can make 6 figures. This is untrue, and based around when they had a big client and only one sales rep. You barely scratch $42,000 after salary, before taxes
-poor training.
-high turnover rate. I'm talking about 4 people in and out every month
- said minimal to no cold calling. That was a lie, i did mostly cold calling
-the position changes as they please. Partner sales turned into partner sales + BDR. Basically, you never stop being a BDR.
-management never listened to employees, and tried to force unreasonable sales numbers.
