Supervisors are annoying - Telephone Interviewer bei Advanis: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The supervisors expect you to work as if they pay you 40$/hr... Would often criticize your work and will blame you for something they did wrong. I am wondering if they get bonuses if we work harder because there is no way that a normal person would criticize a person's voice for "not sounding like you're smiling". By the way, they will warn you if you take more than 45min to brief a new project, but they will expect you to know everything about it after a short briefing.
