Poor facilities: Restrooms and locker rooms are unsanitary and poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and neglect. Lack of proper tools: Employees are expected to use makeshift tools (like sticks) instead of appropriate equipment, compromising safety and efficiency. Forced return to work after injury: Injured employees are pressured to return quickly, often after seeing company-selected doctors, prioritizing productivity over well-being.
