Pros

Decent hourly pay for some, but terrible for others. Cool coworkers and friendly but brainwashed managers. Ok benefits package. They hire recovering alcoholics and addicts.

There is a bizarre toxic management structure that is motivated by greed for more money. It starts with the president and infects all areas of the company. The company is no longer concerned with saving lives, it wants to make the numbers at any cost and keep cranking out new facilities. It's gross and it affects everyone. There are no commissions in booking people into drug rehab so the management only has threats of firing and demotion under their belts. Their is a fear based management style and lots of write ups and empty threats. It's a very transparent and unsustainable model in a profession that relies on employees to be vulnerable and open with their lives to clients. The job itself is mentally exhausting, it's at times emotionally devastating and extremely frustrating. There is no mental health support for employees and multiple managers and employees have relapsed on drugs while at work. The management irresponsibly impose a quantitative metric system on a qualitative role. The bottom line is that employees at ARS have a kind of shared Stockholm Syndrome, even the managers, and the threats and high employee turnover leads to a very toxic work environment. It's an absolute nightmare.

Pros

The salary and bonuses are good. Large opportunity for growth with excellent salary increases if hitting targets. The training is amazing and unlike anywhere else in this field. The facility is easy to sell with a great team on site that truly care about the clients and their success.

Kontras

Quick to fire/lay off if you aren't hitting your numbers. Toxic positivity. Whoever in leadership is closest with you will be used to manipulate you. Competitive mentality amongst your team and other teams nationally. They expect minimal work/life balance No diversity across the organization.
