Decent starting wage, amazing coworkers

Management, bad benefits package, no stability, revolving door call center (around 50 people fired and hired in the call center in the past year). Management also lies to employees at time of hire promising pay increases, bonuses, and upward mobility. None of that is true. The training is awful and most call center employees don't truly know if what they are telling potential clients is true or false. Our calls are monitored and watched like a hawk by upper management, but there is no true training- just negative emails about not sticking to a script.
