Flexible; Remote; Friendly management and co-workers

Hours are up and down, with no warning. When it's good, it's really good, but when it's bad, it's horrid (oftentimes none available for weeks at a time). There's no warning when this happens and though they have a clear idea that it's coming, they pretend like everything is going great.

We appreciate your feedback. Our variable recruitment team provides scalability for our customers which means the work volume scales up and down based on client need. We do our best to communicate to the team any changes in work volume as soon as we are made aware, and we continue to review ways we can improve communication.

Good ancillary perks and diversity programs

Complete lack of transparency and honesty Very top heavy (many Directors and VPs) and leaders are protected at the expense of client facing employees who reap the negative consequences, client facing employees are laid off but the organization keeps their non-sales producing Directors and VPs Leaders are disingenuous and will say one thing but do another behind your back Leaders that have "been in the industry forever" and are not open to feedback or insights and are condescending when you have ideas even though business continues to decline
