The company is flexible, responsive to employee needs, and trusts their employees to do their job. It’s also fun to be part of a successful, growing team. They are conservative but willing to invest in tools and initiatives if an employee is passionate and can provide justification. The workforce is diverse with about 25% female and a range of ages and ethnicities.

You have to be realistic about working for a smaller, flat organization. Leadership is approachable but you have to take the initiative and express interest in and willingness for growth. They are busy working in and on the business as well. Individuals coming from larger corporations or more structured, formal work environments may struggle unless they are entrepreneurial and can deal with ambiguity. PTO is flexible but not unlimited as some reviews state.
