The team at Advanced Navigation was wonderful in terms of the recruitment process. They were very professional and efficient and made it easy to get through the process.

The recruitment team is in Sydney so there is a major time difference to deal with. If you are in the USA you may have to take some interviews in the evening USA Time.

Had 3/4 rounds of interview process with Sammy BDM, Seda CS, Chris CRO, Denis HR, Ted Head of Sales. Great team, they were inspiring and encouraging, especially Sammy.

Chris, being the CRO, was more critical and a bit robotic and overly professional, but provided feedback. Be efficient and effective with him as well as Ted. Ted was critical but stayed basic and didn't share feedback.
