I agree that the first review of AMG is inaccurate! I have worked here for a year and a half and love coming into work every day, even on Mondays. I also agree that the management staff is helpful, as long as you’re willing to put in the work and not lollygag on your cell phone or dating websites. I have had my fair share of getting called into the bosses office, being as this was my first ever office job. The owners and management continued to work with me because I showed that I am willing to work and learn. I feel as though I am working for my own family in a sense. This is the first job I have had that I do not feel micro managed the least bit. I love what I do and don’t plan on going anywhere any time soon! We are given our freedom of work as long as we work and get done what is expected of us. One thing I have been told and definitely agree with is that AMG, or any company at that, will not pay employees to just take up space. Whether it’s a job or a career, it is a job or a career for a reason, not play hour! Being that this is an ISO or independent SALES office, commission and bonuses come with sales. If you’re looking for free money, buy a lottery ticket!

Having to change the water cooler…just like everyone else, including the owners and managers! If you HATE people, this would not be the job for you either. AMG is a sales office. With that comes dealing with customers, both happy and angry.
