Great people to work with. You learn to stick together to stand up and last against upper management. Great place behind the building to vent about all of the crap that goes on daily.

Your views aren't listened to, you are always told "the company chooses to go else where". You are treated like you don't know your stuff, even when you graduated for it. Many long nights spent in tears out of frustration. Employees aren't listened to and it's like hell getting out. Stay Away.

Gain a lot of knowledge.

They expect you to be a sales person as well as technical support. Raises are dependent on sales quota and not your technical abilities. Salary is well below the average especially for the workload that they put on you. They expect you to stay well past your designated hours for "training" which can take up to an hour. Everyone is a manager except the technical support position which leads to many different voices telling you different things. No concise direction when it comes to prioritizing work. They continue to add to your workload without any pay increase.
