1. Company Vehicle and Gas card. You take the vehicle home at night. 2. Running your own schedule. 3. Developing relationships with your customers.

Pros

You get your own company phone. You don't have to write tickets. Make your own route. Company truck. Not required to work long hour if you do not want. Most customers are easy to deal with.

Kontras

Office staff is practically useless and will blow your phone up when a customer is freaking out. They go over no policies and rules but will blow up your work phone and email and expect you to solve a customers' problem right away when off the clock. They love to hire people's friends and give customers a deal that are friends with the owner but will try to rip every other customer off when it comes to sign-ups and will push sells like no other. For all the amount of work required, the pay does not add up and the benefits are pretty bad. You have to call all your customers. Management will not give you any warnings or any good training at all but will get upset when you do something wrong.
