Salary on time , good incentives

Politics, micro management, tooo much pressure, CEOs involvement in everything, too much non required calls with the mds and CEOs which lasts 2-3 hours , sometime everyday, or alternate days , compulsory to attend the calls and then expecting work to be done, NO INCREMENT EVER, if youre working for 2 years or 5 years your salary would be same , if youre working ask for increment simply reply you to leave the organisation,
