The location just off of the interstate makes working here an easy commute. The dress is casual, not requiring employees to spend much on attire.

There is not any focus on ethical standards of behavior or conduct. There is a clear disconnect between human resources and the employees and operations management and the employees. Simple policies such as dress codes and acceptable language are not enforced. Many supervisors have had no formal training, and as a result they lack the necessary skills to properly motivate and encourage their direct reports. Compared to others performing similar work, the pay scale is far below where it should be. Attrition is very high.
