Pros

They have a decent pay, However you can get this same pay elsewhere with less hostility and unprofessionalism

Kontras

Terrible management. Since I've been here I've seen several people quit it seems as if people are quitting this company every single week whether they are in high position or low position. They have absolutely no training system and the managers have no professionalism and do not know how to speak to the staff. When you 1st start their everything seems fine but once they get comfortable with you they start show their power and closeness to one another. Very hostile and unprofessional work environment

Pros

The atmosphere of the company as whole was absolutely great. The company did a lot of small things to show the appreciation of each individual working for them. From the top of the chain all the way down to to lowest level and everyone in between.

Kontras

Sometimes when it was time for overtime a person may have been selected to work and told the day before. Although volunteers were always asked for before mandatory overtime was made. I had to made the decision on who was going to be mandated to come in.

Pros

Always improving the process. Moving back in the right direction!!! If you want to be part of something special and see growth in a company this is the place to be. Your coworkers are your family. HR programs are fun and healthy.

Kontras

Trigger happy to finger point blame. Supervisors should be able to do all aspects of the job types they manage at any given time. Short staffing departments and then the plan to cross train can't be done at the same time. Man up and tell the end customer what they need to do different to get the job to not be a set up for failure . Figure out the overage set it in stone and get it accross the board for the whole company. Dont ask for ideas or suggestions and then not be willing to listen. Then use that idea or suggestion as your own 3 months later.
