Experience through the entire FEL process as a Project Engineer, ability to work with all employees including operators, engineers, management, and board. Flexible schedule.

Extremely fast paced, less room for learning since the premise of projects is to get it done ASAP.

The pay is decent and the work isn’t bad.

The company isn’t making much money due to the market for products so overtime is pretty much nonexistent. They also moved all of maintenance from a 7-3 schedule to 8-4 and will not budge on it. They don’t seem to care about employee happiness or morale and have been losing people quicker than they can hire them.
