Pros
The culture is positive and the least toxic I've ever experienced. I've personally never seen anyone get fired or PIPed (though it supposedly can happen). This can be good and bad depending on your perspective.
Kontras
The bureaucracy and inefficiency that comes with being a big, old company. Very little incentive structure to work hard. Turnover is extremely low so there are few opportunities to move into management. Despite this, in my org there is one engineering manager for 15-20 individual contributors, and managers are hard to get a hold of when you need them.
