Top heavy organization with too many managers, ends up stifling autonomy and creativity. Thoroughly bureaucratic, takes very long for minimal approval. Managers tend to be disconnected from individual contributors. Lots of favoritism at play, especially when managers distribute workload, as well as for promotions.
