The benefits are above average and the company is financially sound. There is amazing talent in the company.

In the interest of allowing groups to do what they want, there has not been enough structure to ensure the best interests of the company are met. It is hard to move from one group to another for personal growth and development. At time decisions are made about moving employees around without discussing it with the employees before committing to the changes and when decisions are made in a vacuum, they are usually not the best for the organization. Not to say that in time adjustments won't be made that improve it.
