They don't over extend themselves and seem to be quite selective on who they hire.

They don't pay particularly well. Also, they have no involvement in your development other than reimbursing exam costs. They put you at the client for an extended period of time and you'll see the home office staff at the Christmas party. They make you sign a "Non Compete" so that the clients are less likely to steal you.
