The junior staff is amazing and they keep a high morale in the office.

The open office plan in intolerable, especially because some of the leadership thinks that the open layout substitutes for knowing what the employees are doing, feeling or thinking. That led to false assumptions and those that actually talked to the staff were seen as trouble makers.
