Since people leave so frequently, there are always opportunities to grow. If you can stick around long enough, you can get promoted. Some positions are virtually unmonitored, so if you are able to get one of those jobs, expect a cushy position that requires little to no skill.
Kontras
Research staff is undervalued and treated poorly, resulting in extremely high turnover (approximately 1 person/1.5 months) and very low morale. Deadlines are unrealistic and work-life balance virtually impossible. Additionally, senior management is detached, lacks real direction, and rarely takes the time to make an appearance in the office. Check reviews for "Mapi Values," as the company just recently changed its name.
