Pros

Exceptionally smart and dedicated team. The company has a positive and highly collaborative culture supported by strong leadership with a clear vision. Really enjoyed my time with the company.

Kontras

Not a con but more of a qualifier: It’s a startup culture where employees are highly dedicated and put in long hours. So if that’s not your thing, it’s probably not for you.

Innovative company with dedicated and intelligent employees.

There is an expectation that people should be willing and happy to work from 7 AM to 10 PM daily. You will get called to account if you haven’t responded to slack messages within minutes no matter what time of the day the message was posted. You are expected to check messages on weekends and vacation days as well. Tasks are micro-managed. Only 10 vacation days (and they track them) and none of the overtime work is considered as needing additional time off. Workloads are oppressive. High turnover rate.
