5yWe appreciate your having taken the time to write a review. Obviously, we do not know the details of your particular situation and exit from the company. That said, as you have conceded, Addison Group has a strong, performance-based operating philosophy and culture. The pandemic’s arrival was a necessary moment to reassess all of our people and needs. Given its impact, we furloughed some high performing field and support team individuals, and have now brought all those people back as market demand returned. We regret if there was any misunderstanding about that process, and wish you all of the best in your new pursuits.
