We evaluate our healthcare benefits every year to ensure we provide a competitive salary/benefits package. After doing extensive evaluation of our packages in comparison to other employers in our industry, we find that our compensation and benefits are competitive.       Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
