      Enough structure to make me successful, but enough autonomy to manage my own desk. I feel completely supported in every decision I make and am constantly amazed at the work the firm puts in to ensure we have all the tools and resources to be successful.

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
