      There is a wealth of opportunity if you wish to take it at this company. Most of the founders of the company still work at the organization The company is very stable the leadership team has been intact for a longtime Career progression and internal promotions are the norm. Autonomy - you are the master of your own desk/business

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
