Salary on time but no bonus for contract staff, Factor into your salary already. Give you ang bao during CNY. Budget overseas trip yearly, better than nothing. 14 days leave, normal employee benefit.

One way communication from the top management, Always think they are right. No career development given, No personal development provided. Super high turnover, especially in the HR department, Engineer are being squeeze super hard, non stop OT.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all employee feedback seriously and remain committed to continuously improving our work environment and addressing any concerns raised by our employees. We would like to clarify that our final salary settlement procedures are clearly outlined in our staff handbook where final payments are processed upon satisfactory exit clearance for local employees, or after IR21 tax clearance for foreign employees which can take 2 weeks or more, in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
