The tools have saturated the publisher market and the volume of data collected by them will remain unmatched. The unique value prop is a good sales story. The data collected is unreplicable and no competitor has the same data at the same scale. So, that allows sales people to sell to any vertical and industry. Managed service, segment licensing and data licensing are salable products for any seller. The diversity allows sellers to pivot much easier based on where their territory is leaning. Compensation is very fair for an established startup. Management is much more open-door than prior teams. Work between different teams at the company flows much easier and communication likewise is the best it's ever been.

Headquarters is in Virginia and satellite offices are smallish. Sales team is understaffed. Each seller covers WIDE territory which dilutes market brand presence and individual salesperson's resources for each client.
