Understanding immediate managers in your respective departments, monthly employee lunches. If you're upper management or in the sales team, you get treated better.
Kontras
Not much to look forward to if you're at the bottom. Despite extra work coming in (the needs of the business are growing so you'd expect more revenue coming in from such growth), there was no raise given to our department. Lots of pointing blame in the company. Company seems to be slowly losing more people than it can hire. There are plenty of other companies that will treat you better.
