Working here means saying goodbye to work-life balance. The job demands constant availability, with weekend and after-hours work being the unspoken norm rather than the exception. It’s expected that you’ll prioritize work over personal time, no matter the impact on your mental or physical health. On top of that, there’s a strong push to “fit in” to a very specific work culture that leaves little room for individuality. Authenticity often takes a back seat to performative positivity and conformity. Leadership communication can at times come across as dismissive or lacking empathy. Employees with differing perspectives may not always feel heard or valued, which can make it difficult to raise concerns or have productive disagreements.
