Communication was getting worse. CEO does not show up. HR issues with recruitment could be improved if they trusted the people in the company and promoted them.

The people, the team, the product to help amputees.

The CEO and C-suite have 0 management skills and are sinking the company. Terrible strategy. They don't listen to the employees or the clients. Very sad to see the boat sink because the product could be helping a lot of amputees and the employees are very good professional.
