Unprofessional and Favoritism - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Adacel Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The level of un-professionalism and favoritism was the most extreme I have ever witnessed. We all have\had friends at work and lets be real... it never hurts to be friends with your superiors... but I personally witnessed promotions given based on favoritism alone and in complete and obvious disregard of skill-set. If you really miss high school than this is your place :)
