11yWe do not think this accurately reflects the work environment at AdMedia, as we believe the writer to be an ex-employee who was terminated for cause (poor job performance and inability to follow direction), as it appears their "advice to management" is a personal attack and heavily laced with anger. Any employee at any company should always be cognizant of the fact that if they do not perform up to standards, their job will be in jeopardy. We know of no company that allows its employees to disregard company policies and procedures without consequence.
