      Benefits and that is about it

      Ok pay but they single handedly spoon feed training machinists to know nothing so they can't leave easily. Upper management is out of touch CEO is clueless and just wants recognition. They throw thousands of man hours and dollars at new progressive ideas to only give up on them and blame the machinists on the floor for making scrap as to why they seem to never make money. Esop isn't worth the paper it was printed on.

      Ok benefits, clean shop, smoker friendly

      Kontras

      They promote the most unworthy to jobs that they have no business being in. Seems cruel to me to set them up for failure if they ever decide to leave or be forced to. If you apply anywhere else they will laugh you out of the room based on having none of the industry standards of responsibility and education.
