Typical Merger & Acquisition set up Track record of low employee engagement ( at least in support functions, manufacturing and technical functions/ roles are possibly better) Continuous high turnover Go figure your role with limited guidance and direction Mind, hand & heart mission is genuine but not inclusive at individual level. May not be a priority either, depending on department Big personalities thrive! If you are loud you are considered confident, if not, good luck! Not a place for introverts. Being humble equals lacking confidence. No voice if it’s not loud. May be a great place to work for technical roles (tenure recognized and celebrated hardly includes people from management) I thought higher of Warren Buffet’s success stories and business model until this experience
