New BIs aren’t trained well, monthly reports on top of 6 month progress reports, no CEU stipend, PTO is given after working in the company for a year, BCBAs are required to schedule start dates for new cases, high turnover rate, no training for new BCBAs, high weekly billable, no morning cases, high caseload, no work cellphone, laptops are slow, feels like management doesn’t value the employees’ opinions and shuts us down, assistant supervisors aren’t trained enough to actually do the work as an assistant supervisor, etc
